the evening begins its gentle spread ~

4.45pm
~ like a scrumptious snowy blanket ~

5.15pm
~ which turns to brightest fire ~

5.25pm
~ birds on the wing perfect the scene ~

5.35pm
~ lights out~ it’s almost done ~ to bed ~
And then the daily race to see who gets home first!
