Yes, We have Kashmir and all that, but don’t see pictures of the sort You have presented. …And by the way, for us it is the other end of the spectrum, 45+ Centigrade in Summer! 🙂

    1. Oh Thank you . I haven’t been wandering over my blog. I just found your lovely comments.Frosts and dew are quite magical to play with and catch on the camera with a low rising sun when for a few moments (and when the sun doesn’t decide to disappear) things turn to towards gold. The best sort of gold.It makes me feel happy so its worth looking/waiting for it The birds see it and get so excited so I follow them… they sit in the best high up places bathing(it seems) in this small burst of low sunlight.It’s not there everyday if the sun has to deal with too much cloud and has to climb higher where its first appearance is too high for the gold moment(there is a silvery level which shows up the dew rather than gold moments thick in the air sometimes due to cold ).It is best to wrap up with gloves and a coat though at this time of year. It can get very cold. I live right by this field so not far to walk! 🙂 I sometimes think that the birds know a bit more about God than we do! xxxxxxx

    1. I nearly called it fair isle but I did that before and believe me it did not feel warm at all.I was only out there for a few minutes and my hands and camera stoppped working.Absolutely frozen. The day got slightly better though. Slightly! xxxxx

      3. One US photographer on the blogs has seat warmers in his car – keeps the camera on it for winter shoots!
