1. I love bare trees, everything has beauty somewhere but I need to whisper so I don’t hurt tree’s feeling…can’t find anything beautiful in this poor dear. I am sure he/she is stunning when dressed.

   1. Hi Amy, We have a lot of trees round here like this and all I can see is ‘injury’ (from intervention) at this time of year. This one, in its own way, has a general chunky sculptural quality; a simplistic tree shape young children can actually draw! Over all though she looks forlorn, exposed and rather embarrassed whilst on closer inspection is fascinating. A complicated lady indeed! As you say she will (and does) look quite neat and lovely in summer leaf (with her clothes on) !
