Hot Robin posted 22 September 2014

22 September lunch time: I am sitting there next to the bench and the robin comes down and starts to sunbathe- for about half an hour. His beak stays open (rather alarming) maybe to keep cool. The garden seat the bird  (and me) are  frying in the sun! This little bird’s has glorious feathers and feet and things press for detail……

Robin then gets up and starts to twirl. It is strangely like a dance. No music though. Its probably to get at parasites….. or maybe its a show just for me!  (Press to see)

your photos of this robin are wonderful. Thank you very much for your kind looking at this bird and for pressing the shutter button when robin is flirting with you. The last one ist magical.
Greetings from Germany to you and Robin (das Rotkehlchen),
