Weird how the dawn turns the jackdaw’s blue-black plumage atypically brown.

You say the bird turns brown ..yes… but the post he sits on shows more clearly what is happening because its not that colour. In cloud it is almost grey through to a miserable matt brown, but the direct sun seems to brings out what it was and its inner light seems to come to the surface …. . a polished orange. Light seems to take the blues away! (oh dear!)
