  1. When I was in London forty years ago it was December and I found the night coming in at 4 o’clock very exciting. And I’d never experienced the cold. And that squeezing ink look was something new as well. Love the photo. Looks gloomy but I still love it.

The sky was very cold and ‘autumn’ looking , but the last bit of the patch of sun was really rich looking red to gold….. although the general light in the sky went away early after a very dark day. The time of year presents with a different looking day and evening sky all the time! Usually very atmospheric in the evening and rather depressing when its dark in the daytime. At least its all a bit varied I guess! 🙂
