  2. There is a real story unfolding there. Fantastic. The first on its own is a nice bit a photography, but the set is a story. I like it very much

Thanks for your liking this ( and saying it is fantastic) I was photographing the field and the person appeared just as I started so I took the first picture and decided to go on snapping as he moved. The story kind of unfolded as I stood there…. Finding the words, brief as they are, took a great deal more time.

        Settles in the bones

        The hay is cut and stored
        The cows in barns and warm
        And I am pleased with what I see.

        There is a warming of the heart
        To walk down stubbled rows
        And kick at clods of earth

        And wander back inside
        And warm a cup of tea.

  5. I have often not like the photos I take when a person like this is at such a distance. I didn’t think it looked good. You have given me a new perspective on that thought as I think this is really nice. You are teaching me understand my photography a little different. I love this. Thanks! 🙂

    1. Thank you Andy. This was a bit of an experiment for me. I was very lucky that the person walked along in the distance. I didn’t have long to make the decision to go on snapping away. I had no idea if he would keep in view. Glad he did keep in view and that it turned into a small story! Thanks for your appreciation! 🙂
