Cold enough to feel chilly but
Hey! It’s Spring.
The birds are on the lines..
They can see the sun
So open the doors
Let the breeze come in
Hey! There isn’t any breeze
And no leaves are blowing in
So everything’s OK.
Everybody Sing!

Well, if you want to sing out, sing out
And if you want to be free, be free
‘Cause there’s a million things to be
You know that there are
Cat Stevens
I talk to myself all the time, I think most people who live on their own do eventually. Yet in society it is very much frowned upon. Being aware that my neighbours can probably hear me talking to myself I decided to do a bit of research and found that those who do talk to themselves are more able to solve problems and deal with issues that crop up because vocalising things makes them easier to see and approach. In fact it is totally natural, young children talk to themselves constantly until a certain age where they are suddenly made to feel self conscious of the fact.
So now it’s those who don’t talk to themselves who really are the mad ones, but try telling that to my neighbours.
Beautiful poem Gill, enjoy the day.
