the swans and all the ducks there had eaten so many bits of bread by so many passers-by they were trying to ignore people and so much food being offered them ! Probably had indigestion!

Thanks Janet. I had never seen so many swans ( actually ducks) refusing to eat cake and bread type things thrown into the water. It seemed like a gathering of emptying the fridge day for those passing by.
