Morning lines from the runner beans 5.24am

Which way home?
Run bunny run!
flower talk ( to the peony girls)

Sweethearts-
today I looked around the garden and
realised you’re still standing there! no drop…..
you’ve held on….. like no other…..
in driving rain
in direct sun
to a gentler shade of pink- (I think)
No mush still smooth….
In lovely shape!
You’ve held on strong
Thank you girls!! (wink. wink :)) xxx

peonies more peonies and even more peonies
Moon serenade
A beautiful edge but no meeting place……(be warned)

To meet beyond
The forest lined horizon
Towards the slivered pink
Where waves seem to crash and roll on a far off shore
You first must clamber into a rolling silent veil of mist
Which asks in teasing whispers and honeyed tones ‘Which way now?’
And you’ll know not which way to stumble
With no light to guide you
Or how to find
The bridge to cross that is n’t there
Over a deep and swirling river
Where men who swim have drowned before…………
