Andy Warhol always remembered his roots. He came from a very poor family. To redress the balance, one simple thing he did regularly was always leave a bit of hamburger in the bag before placing it in the garbage so that a person on the street could later find it in the garbage. He also bought extra portions and left those neatly around the streets of New York for the hungry. In the clip (a McDonalds advert) you will see him leave a piece in the bag.
