Thanks for commenting on the photo. I have a very ordinary camera and did not process this shot in any way. The result is someway between luck and control, but mostly due to very early morning light,sun barely
slanting through a space on the windowsill. The ‘Garlic’ stood on a glazed ceramic white surface, next to a soft white kitchen paper towel. The pink in the garlic seems to have played its part in the graininess of poor light. I hoped it would turn out soft and ‘feminine’ kind of opposite antedote to halloween.And it did work I think! Glad you like it.
Poor old innocent bit of garlic sitting in my kitchen by a paper kitchen roll! Photographed it while making coffee first thing this morning…..must be the low light and waking sun!

I think that’s the first still life of garlic I’ve ever seen!
