      1. We don’t see sparrows very often at all, although there is a gang of them in the hedge of our local co-op and I often hear them twittering.

There is a great big tree up the road that seems to have a huge family colonised within.The whole tree is filled with bird song most of the time.A lot of ivy is taking over the tree…. hence its great for sparrows! They sometimes take a break in a lesser hedge in our garden then take to the waters here lunch time!. They do very well here!
