    1. These are the bits of the sky left lit up after the sun went behind some chimneys which I haven’t put here. The sky was actually redder than the pictures show and the air on the other side ( way over the fields ) was filled pink purple . I made a contrast against some nearby wretched poles. It’s really difficult to describe and capture, as the color line didn’t go right down to the horizon and if included it would show nothing of the color. Color was more over head! The photographic process was more like catching sight of the cold air molecules.!……
