Rain on my street all day
So here’s a bit of yesterday ~
Soft evening light
on flower and fig.
Then today
two miserable birds
feathers soaked
sit against the grey…

Earlier in the day the thrush crushed a snail …..it’s empty shell is by her feet!
Now she sits up here on the roof looking at the sunset….
Like they sit on roof tops and poles…..
