Do you grow them ? They come up here all on their own but I bought a packet of seeds last year to see if I could get a few pink ones or doubles. They are so dainty.
Oh I love columbines! They are not a good candidate for Calif. droughts, but I really like this amazing and unique-looking flower. I have seen them wild in the Rocky Mtns. How fortunate for you to have them nearby Gill. 😀

They are the local ‘grow anywhere’ flowers and thrive where ever they are allowed! They are incredibly pretty. 🙂
