    1. Its not icy now, but it probably will be by morning again. Its night outside at the moment and the water board is outside on the road mending leaking pipes (not iced) They do these things at night here. Its all flashing lights and noise like a fairground out there!. Cold Job! Just taken a photo of what looks like a full moon.looking down on it all!
