    1. He is a Jackdaw who has a white feathered chest and crown with black spots like ermine ! He lives with the female in a nest in the chimney opposite our house.They are always together. As he was sitting alone on our chimney tonight I think his wife must be looking after the eggs seriously now! We call him King Jack as he is one of a flock of jackdaws but the only one with all the white trimmings. We think he is a bit special. We also have a blackbird nest in the hedge bu one of our windows where the mother is sitting almost non stop so we are looking at them all rather intensely right now! . ….. ❤
